V první a druhé kapitole jsem rozebral jakým zátěžovým situacím a stresům jsou
hasiči u zásahů vystaveni, jaká nebezpečí v podobě psychických problému a traumat mohou pro tyto lidi znamenat. Obsahem třetí kapitoly byl vznik psychologické služby jako součást interního systému Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky a pohled na tuto službu očima záchranářů.V závěru byl potvrzen fakt, že práce záchranářů je velmi náročná na jejich psychiku a je nezbytně nutné, aby péče o jejich psychické zdraví byla na vysoké úrovni a vznik interní psychologické služby byl logickým vyústěním řešení těchto problémů.

I analysed firemen' s stress and situations, dangerous physic problems during their work in the firts and second section. I grappled with psychological service in internal systém of firebrigade Czech Republic and firemen´s view of this service in the third section. In the end of my work I confirmed fact that the work of firemen is very physic hard and good physical care is very important. So the beginning of the psychological service in internal systém of fire - brigade Czech Republic is logical solution to these problems.
