Annotation in English This master thesis deals with the aspects of founding a new online gaming network. It will be divided into five fundamental categories: the process of establishing a privately owned company (game service provider), an overview of offered products and hosting services, customer portfolios, analyses of internal and external environments and marketing strategies to achieve sucess on the market.
