Bakalářská práce se zabývá faktory, které ovlivňují výběr potravin spotřebiteli. V teoretické části je stručně popsána historie výživy, dále pojednává o výživových doporučeních a aktu-álním stavu výživy obyvatelstva České republiky. Druhá kapitola obsahuje jednotlivé fakto-ry, které ovlivňují výživu i výběr potravin.
V praktické části je obsaženo vyhodnocení dotazníku, který byl vyplněn respondenty, po-mocí tabulek, grafů a slovního hodnocení.
Annotation in English
The bachelor thesis deals with factors that influence consumer´s food choices. The theoreti-cal part briefly describes the history of nutrition, also discusses the current dietary recom-mendations and nutritional status of the population of the Czech Republic. The second chapter contains individual factors that influence nutrition and food choices.
The practical part takes in an evaluation questionnaire that was completed by respondents after the charts, graphs and verbal evaluation.
