Diplomová práce na téma: "Děti jako oběti a svědci domácího násilí". Obsahem práce je charakteristika domácího násilí. Zabývá se rovněž sociálně - právní ochranou dětí v rodinách s domácím násilím, svěřováním dětí do péče jednoho z rodičů a úpravou styku s násilným rodičem. Dále ochrana před domácím násilím, informovanost a povědomí nezletilých dětí o problematice domácího násilí. Rovněž tak i mapování problémů a nedostatků, se kterými se policisté a sociální pracovnice při řešení domácího násilí potýkají.

Diploma thesis on the subject: "Children as the Victims and Witnesses of Domestic Violance". The content of the thesis is the characteristcs of domestic violance. Targetting area being the social and legal protection of the children from families with domestic violance, nurturing of the children by one parent and adjustment of the contact with the violent parent. Furthermore it is the protection against domestic violance, information and knowledge of juveniles about the problems of domestic violance. And also the surveying of the problems and deficiencies the policemen and social workers are meeting with while solving the cases of domestic violance.
