Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou řízení nákladů ve firmě RENOL CZ, s.r.o. Na základě teoretických pramenů je formulována problematika oblasti řízení nákladů v podniku. V praktické části je na základě rozhovorů se zaměstnanci a studií vnitropodnikových materiálů analyzován průběh a úroveň řízení nákladů a jejich skutečná aplikace ve firmě RENOL CZ, s.r.o. V projektové části je navrhnut systém řešení a opatření pro danou firmu. Závěrem projektové části jsou doporučení a daný postup v oblasti řízení nákladů firmy.

This disertation deals with the analysis of the regulation of the expenses in the RENOL CZ firm, limited company. On the basis of the theoretical sources are formulated the problems in the area of controling of the expences in the firm. The process and the level of the expences control is analysed in the practical part on the basis of the discussions with the employees. The level of the expences control and their real application in the RENOL CZ enterprise, limited company is based on the same sources. The solution system and the measures for the given firm are propounded in the project part. The reconnendations and the given process in the area of the cost calculations in the enterprise are at the end of the project part.
