Annotation Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku domácího násilí spojenou s trestnými činy páchaných na dětech. Specifika dětského věku. Zdůrazňuje nezbytnost znalosti uvedené věkové kategorie. Dále popisuje vlastní průběh výslechu a prostředí v němž probíhá. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol, kde jsou rozebrány jednotlivé okruhy problematiky.
