Bakalářská práce se zabývá připraveností obyvatelstva České republiky na rozsáhlý výpadek dodávek elektrické energie, který je závažnou hrozbou současné doby. Cílem práce je zjistit úroveň připravenosti obyvatelstva ČR na tři dny trvající blackout. Teoretická část práce definuje všechny položky, které jsou důležité pro jeho překonání. V praktické části bakalářské práce je vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření, jehož výsledky ukazují, že obyvatelstvo není na blackout dostatečně připraveno. Výstupem práce je návrh konkrétního seznamu zásob a materiálu, se kterým lze blackout bezpečně překonat.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the preparedness of the population of the Czech Republic for blackout, which is a serious threat today. The aim of the work is to find out the level of preparedness of the population of the Czech Republic for a three-day blackout. The theoretical part of the thesis defines all the items that are important for overcoming the blackout. In the practical part of the bachelor's thesis, the questionnaire survey is evaluated, the results show that the population is not sufficiently prepared for a blackout. The output of the work is the proposal of a specific inventory list and materials which are suitable for safety overcoming of the blackout.
