Cílem této bakalářské práce je sestavení přesného PR-krizového plánu pro Pečovatelské centrum Praha 7. V teoretické části jsou představeny základní oblasti Public Relations (externí a interní PR) a základní pojmy jako nezisková organizace a krizové PR. Dále jsou pro lepší porozumění oblasti PR a PR analýze Pečovatelského centra Prahy 7 předloženy a objasněny nejdůležitější teoretické a praktické koncepty k vytvoření určitého PR krizového plánu. Výsledek práce vzešel z analýzy interní a externí komunikace dané organizace. Z analýzy byly získány relevantní informace, které posloužily k samotnému sestavení PR-krizového plánu, který je představen v praktické části.
Annotation in English
The aim of this thesis is to measure and establish the Public Relations (PR)-crisis plan for the Pečovatelské centrum Praha 7. The basic knowledge of both external and internal public relations is presented. The other key concepts such as Non-Profit-Organisation and crisis PR are also included in this thesis. Understanding of the PR-range and the PR analysis of Pečovatelského centrum Praha 7 are the main theoretical and practical approaches which leads to the formation of certain PR-crisis plan. The evaluation of the PR-analysis is based on the analysis of the external and internal PR communication within the organization. With the help and support of these activities, relevant information is obtained. This knowledge needed to be the prerequisite for the establishment of the PR-crisis plan, which is introduced and explained in the practical part.
