Cilem teto diplomove prace je zlepsit podnikatelsky ekosystem ve Zlinskem kraji, zejmena prostrednictvim inovaci a podnikani, a take poskytovanim politickeho poradenstvi (napriklad poradenstvi se zamerenim na podpurne cinnosti jako je design a marketing). Podnikani a inovace jsou vysledkem mnoha faktoru, ale nejdulezitejsimi faktory jsou podpora podnikatelu, vzdelana pracovni sila a dobre naplanovana vladni politika. Vysledkem je doporuceni pro mistni i narodni vlady, jako je prilakani zahranicnich investoru a talentu, zvysovani kvality zivota ve Zlinskm kraji, podnikatelska viza, propagace mesta na mezinarodni urovni a poskytovani podpurnych aktivit pro potencialni podnikatele .

In the 21st century, with the help of communication technology, the source of wealth and economic growth has shifted from mass production to innovative products and services centered on people. The aim of the thesis theme is to improve entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Zlin Region, mainly through innovation and entrepreneurship and providing policy advices (for example focusing on supporting activities such as design and marketing). Entrepreneurship and innovation are the result of many factors, but the most important factors are to encourage entrepreneurs, a well-educated workforce and a well-planned government policy. As a result, we recommended policies to the both local and national governments, such as attracting foreign investors and talents, by increasing the quality of life of Zlin Region, entrepreneurship visa, advertising the city in the international area and providing supporting activities for potential entrepreneurs.
