Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou současného stavu interní logistiky v podniku Wanzl spol. s r.o. s cílem navrhnout projekt pro jeho zlepšení. Teoretická část vymezuje základní principy štíhlé výroby a logistiky včetně vybraných metod. Obsahem analytické části je základní charakteristika podniku a analýza současného stavu interní logistiky. Projektová část popisuje zlepšení stávajícího stavu interní logistiky formou návrhu na zavedení principu interního Milk Run, monitoring manipulačního zařízení v podniku a zefektivnění systému skladování.

The thesis deals with the analysis of the current condition of internal logistics in the company Wanzl, spol. s r.o. in order to propose a project for improvement of internal logistics. The theoretical part defines basic principles of lean production and lean logistics, including selected methods. Content of the practical part is basic characterization and analysis of the current condition of the internal logistics. Project part describes improve the current condition of internal logistics in the form of a proposal for the introduction of the internal Milk Run, monitoring handling equipment in the company and to streamline storage system.
