Annotation Práce je zaměřena na antibiotickou rezistenci, zejména na rezistenci na mikroorganismy kontaminující kosmetické prostředky. V práci je popsána základní charakteristika antibiotik, mechanismus jejich účinku a metody stanovení citlivosti na antibiotika. Hlavní část práce byla věnována problematice antibiotické rezistence na jednotlivé bakteriální kmeny mikroorganismů.
Annotation in English The thesis deals with the antibiotic resistance, mainly on resistance of the microorganisms contaminating cosmetics. The thesis describes basic characteristics of antibiotics, the mechanism of their effect and methods to determine the sensitivity to antibiotics. The main part is dedicated to problems of antibiotics resistance of individual bacterial microorganisms.

Práce je zaměřena na antibiotickou rezistenci, zejména na rezistenci na mikroorganismy kontaminující kosmetické prostředky. V práci je popsána základní charakteristika antibiotik, mechanismus jejich účinku a metody stanovení citlivosti na antibiotika. Hlavní část práce byla věnována problematice antibiotické rezistence na jednotlivé bakteriální kmeny mikroorganismů.
