Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo popsat využití mořských a sladkovodních řas v kosmetických výrobcích. Řasy jsou zdrojem významných biologicky aktivních látek nazývaných kosmeceutika, která jsou používána v kosmetických výrobcích a vykazují vlastnosti léčiv. Tyto látky zlepšují a chrání vzhled lidského těla. Dále bylo shrnuto zařazení řas do systému a popsáno jejich chemické složení.

The main goal of my thesis was to describe usage of seaweeds and freshwater algae in cosmetic products. Algae are the source of significant biologicaly active substances called cosmeceuticals, which are used in cosmetic products and are considered as pharmaceuticals. These substances protect and improve physical appearance. Also the part of this thesis is categorizing algae into the system and description of their chemical composition.
