Annotation Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o polymer/anorganických nanokompozitech pro tenké vrstvy. Je zkoumána závislost modifikující látky (ZnO nanočástic) na optoelektronické vlastnosti MEH-PPV. Pozornost je soustředěna také na vliv postupů přípravy nanokompozitu a na topografii povrchů vrstev. Diskutován je také vliv přídavku nanočástic na výslednou tloušťku vrstev.
Annotation in English This bachelor thesis deals with polymer/inorganic nanocomposites for thin films. The dependence of modifying agents (ZnO nanoparticles) on optoelectronic properties of MEH-PPV is investigated. The research scope is focused on the effect of dispersing procedures during the preparation of nanocomposite and on surface topography of layers. The influence of the nanoparticles presence in the nanocomposite is discussed in terms of layer thickness.

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o polymer/anorganických nanokompozitech pro tenké vrstvy. Je zkoumána závislost modifikující látky (ZnO nanočástic) na optoelektronické vlastnosti MEH-PPV.
