Annotation	Bakalářská práce hodnotí znalosti absolventů středních gastronomických a hotelových škol pro výkon studované profese. Míra znalostí byla hodnocena na základě dotazníku, který byl zaslán do hotelů a restauračních zařízení. Dále jsou v práci uvedeny školní osnovy pro cílové obory. Práce se dále věnuje kategorizaci a klasifikaci hotelových a restauračních zařízení a službám, které jsou v těchto zařízeních poskytovány.
Annotation in English	Bachelor thesis evaluates knowledge of gastronomical and hotel school school-leavers for work in studied branch. Rate of knowledge was evaluated on basis of questionnaire, which was sent to the hotels and restaurants. Next content of work is school outline for targeted branches too. Work is even engaged in categorization and classification of hotels and res-taurants and services provided in this facilities.
