Annotation Teoretická část práce zmiňuje kulturu školy a její důležitost na celkové klima školy. V této části je popisován žák, učitel, třídní učitel a pedagogický sbor jakožto tvůrci klimatu ve škole i třídě. Také jsou objasněny pojmy prostředí, klima a atmosféra.Tato práce pojednává o klimatu školy a školní třídy. Praktická část této práce je věnována průzkumu informovanosti pedagogů.
Annotation in English The theoretical part mentions school culture and its importance in the overall school climate. It also describes a pupil, teacher, class master and school staff as important actors and climate creators. The expressions such as environment, climate and atmosphere are also explained in this section. This thesis deals with school and classroom climate. The practical part of this thesis focuses on the research informedness pedagogue.
