Základní experiment obsahoval cucurbit[6]uril (CB6) a heteroditopický pH citlivý ligand. Někteří hostitelé, jako b-CD and g-CD, podstatně zvyšovali stabilitu komplexů.
Annotation in English Supramolecular switches belong to supramolecular chemistry, which is a multidiscipline, studying intermolecular non-covalent interactions. These systems response to change of pH. This diploma thesis is concerned with the study on the stability of supramolecular systems with two-three components. The fundamental experiment employed cucurbit[6]uril (CB6) and heteroditopic pH sensitive ligand. pH of solution was changed and other hosts were added. In the theoretical part, hosts (cucurbit[n]uril (CBn), cyclodextrin (CD)) and their properties were described. This part also includes a description of pH sensitive ligands for CBn and some examples of supramolecular switches. The systems were studied using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). In the discussion part, association constants of studied complexes were determined. When pH of a solution decreased, the stability of all studied systems also decreased. Some hosts, such as b-CD and g-CD, highly increased the stability of complexes.

Research Plan
