Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou domácího násilí, se zaměřením na osobnost samotného agresora a to jak z psychologického tak sociálního hlediska. Popisuje domácí násilí z obecného hlediska a z hlediska stávající legislativy. Zabývá se nově zavedenými právními prostředky k jeho řešení, zejména institutem vykázání. Obsahuje skutečné případy domácího násilí, z kterých je možné si obecné poznatky porovnat se skutečností.

The Bachelor's work is engaged in the problem of the home violence, aiming at a personality of the aggressor from the psychological as well as the social view. It describes the home violence from a general point of view and from the view of contemporary legislation. The work deals with new legal means for its solution, mainly of institution of showing out. It contains the real events of the home violence from which it is possible to compare the general knowledge with reality.
