Disertační práce se prioritně zabývá problematikou inovační vybavenosti firem - fenoménu, který je faktickým východiskem aplikace inovačního managementu v praxi. Široká oblast zkoumané problematiky slouží k vytvoření jasně ohraničeného konceptu zahrnujícího hlavní aspekty vybavenosti inovačních firem. Nedílnou součástí disertační práce je ověření inovačního potenciálu českých výrobních firem, které se stalo východiskem pro možnou transformaci výrobní firmy na inovačně orientovanou společnost.
Annotation in English
The thesis deals with the priority with the problems of companies' innovation facilities - the phenomenon, which is the factual base of innovation management application in practise. Large area of search problems makes for creation of clear limited concept which includes the main aspects of facilities of innovation companies. The validation of Czech production companies' innovation potential is an integral part of my thesis and can become the basis for possible transformation of a production company to an innovation oriented society.
