Ve své bakalářské práci poskytuji přehled o formách financování investičních akcí ve společenství vlastníků jednotek. Pro společenství je základní způsob financování oprav ukládání měsíčních záloh na opravy. Dále mohou využít ke zhodnocení části peněz ze záloh na opravy termínovaného vkladu a stavebního spoření. V případě potřeby si mohou u banky zažádat o poskytnutí úvěru. Mým hlavním cílem je, na základě získaných informací, najít optimální způsob financování konkrétní investiční akce ve společenství.

In my bachelor work I am giving an overview of finance form of investement actions in the communities of owners of building units. For the community is the basic method of the finance repairs of the putting the monthly advances for repairs. Further can be used for the increasing the value of the part money from the advance payment for the repairs of the limited deposit and saving for the construction of houses. In case of the necessity it is possible to ask for credit. My main aim on the base of obtained information is to find the optimal method of the finance of the certain investements in the community.
