Diplomová práce je zaměřena v teoretické části na stručnou charakteristiku
kontinentálního a angloamerického právního systému. V kapitole první je obecné
srovnání obou právních systémů. V dalších dvou kapitolách se zaměřuji na historii,
prameny práva, subsystémy, na moc soudní a v závěru každé kapitoly na postavení
mladistvého v trestním řízení ve vybraných subsystémech.
Závěrečná část diplomové práce je v kapitole čtvrté, kde je metodou komparace
provedeno srovnávání rozdílů a shod kontinentálního a angloamerického právního
systému a hodnoceno postavení mladistvého v trestním řízení.
Annotation in English
The teoretic part of the dissertation targets the short characteristic of continental
and Anglo-American system of law. Chapter No. 1 contains the first common confrotatin
of both systems of law. In the next two chapters I pay attention to history, sources of law,
subsystems, judicial autority and (at the end of each charter) to the position of teen? agers
in criminal trial proceedings in chosen subsystems.
The final part of the dissertation ? the charter No. 4 ? contains confrontation of
differences and accordances of continental and Anglo-American system of law mad by
method of comparison.
