Bakalářská práce pojednává o šikaně. Šikana je těžkou poruchou vztahů ve skupině a musí se léčit podle stadia onemocnění. Je to patologická forma mezilidského soužití, která zanechává následky jak na agresorovi, tak na jeho oběti, což je velmi závažné. Šikana je ve svých počátečních stádiích přítomna na všech školách. Nevyhýbá se ani školám elitním či církevním. Školní šikanování má charakter epidemie. Učitelé před šikanou zavírají oči, neumí proti ní bojovat a pracovat s ní. NIKDO není proti šikaně imunní. NIKDE se před šikanou neschováme. NIKDY nebude šikana zcela vymýcena. Nejdůležitějším krokem v boji proti šikaně je proto prevence (přednášky, prožitkové workshopy, diskuze).

The theme of this thesis is bullying. Bullying is a hard defect of group relations and it has to be treated according to the stage of illness. It is a pathological form of social behaviour when both the aggressor and his victim face the negative consequences, that is very serious. In its initial stages bullying exists in all types of schools. It includes even the elite and church schools. School bullying has a character of an epidemic. Teachers are not willing to see it, they are not able to fight and work with it.
NOBODY is resisting to bullying. NOWHERE is the place to hide from. NEVER it will be wiped out. That is why the most important step in the fight against bullying is prevention (seminars, workshops, discussions).
