Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem současné společnosti na týrané, zneužívané a zanedbávané děti. Cílem práce je popsat faktory, které mohou mít vliv na vývoj dítěte, jeho ohrožení nebo dokonce na jeho život. Pozornost je také věnována právům dětí, rodinným funkcím při výchově dětí, syndromu CAN, zanedbávání a sociálně právní ochraně dětí. Dále jsou zde popsány kazuistiky konkrétních dětských případů.

This bachelor thesis deals with the influence of the contemporary society on tortured, abused and neglected children. The aim of the thesis is to describe the factors that can influence children´s development, threats to children or even children´s lives. This thesis also pays a great attention to children´s rights, family functions in the course of the children´s education and the CAN syndrome, their neglect and social and legal protection. Furthermore, it describes casuistics of particular cases.
