Annotation Ve své bakalářské práci se věnuji návrhu vybraných vnitropodnikových směrnic ve firmě SERVIS-TRANSPORT-TECHNIK a. s. Nejprve popisuji vnitropodnikové směrnice s důrazem na význam, důvody tvorby, rozdělení směrnice, legislativu k této oblasti. A také se snažím vystihnout obsah jednotlivých vybraných směrnic. Dále pak zobrazuji jednotlivé návrhy vybraných vnitropodnikových předpisů. V závěru rozebírám přínosy jednotlivých návrhů pro danou firmu.
Annotation in English In my bachelor work I deal with a proposal of selected internal regulations and directives for the company SERVIS-TRANSPORT-TECHNIK a. s. First of all, I describe the internal regulations with the view to their importance, reasons for their creation, their categorizing, and related legal issues. I also try to describe the content of the selected regulations. After that, I present proposals of selected internal regulations. Finally, I analyze the benefits of the individual proposals for the company.

Ve své bakalářské práci se věnuji návrhu vybraných vnitropodnikových směrnic ve firmě SERVIS-TRANSPORT-TECHNIK a. s.
