Cílem této bakalářské práce je přiblížit problematiku mikrobiální kontaminace v kosmetickém a farmaceutickém průmyslu včetně legislativních úprav. V práci jsou popsány jednotlivé mikroorganizmy, které mohou kontaminaci způsobit a dále rizikové faktory, které mohou být dalšími příčinami vzniku kontaminace. Následně jsou definovány jednotlivé zkušební metody, jež jsou používány pro identifikaci samotných mikroorganizmů.

The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to approach the issue of microbial contamination in cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry, including legislative changes. In the work are described the individual microorganisms, which may be the reason for the contamination and further risk factors, which can be other causes of contamination. Further are described the individual test methods, which are used for the identification of microorganisms.
