Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es herauszufinden, ob Controlling für das Unternehmen Vorteile bringt und auf welcher Art und Weise man fortschreiten muss, um die Prosperität zu sichern. In folgender Arbeit wird eingeführtes Unternehmen Autopal, s r. o. analysiert. Dieses Unternehmen scheint als ein von geeigneten Kandidaten mit positiven Ergebnissen zu sein. Und weil es sich in diesem Falle um einen Produktionsbetrieb handelt, wird auch etwas über Controlling im Bereich der Produktion, der Qualität und der Prüfungen ?für eine richtige Funktion des Unternehmens unentbehrlich berichtet.

The aim of this thesis is to examine whether controlling can be beneficial for the company and in what way we should proceed in order to reach company´s prosperity. The analysis is subjected to an established company Autopal, s.r.o., which seems to be a suitable candidate who will certainly have only positive results. And because it is a factory, another chapter will be devoted to controlling in the production area, to quality and audits that are an integral part of the functioning enterprise.
