Ve své bakalářské práci se po dohodě se zástupci firmy Xerox Ltd. zaměřuji na zhodnocení spolupráce se společností BirchGroup, která na základě smlouvy uzavřené v únoru 2003 poskytuje společnosti Xerox služby spojené s vedením marketingového programu Xerox Rewards. Teoretická část obsahuje popis outsourcingu, oddělení vlastnictví a řízení a krátce zmiňuje nový trend zvaný insourcing. V analytické části je zhodnocen proces outsourcingu společnosti Xerox a chyby, kterých se během tohoto procesu dopustil a jejichž následkem byly pozdější problémy v oblasti účetnictví a interní kontroly. Na základě této analýzy jsem vypracovala doporučení na odstranění současných problémů a zlepšení spolupráce. Součástí této bakalářské práce je i analýza nákladů a přínosů v případě, že Xerox přestane využívat outsourcingu a přenese tuto aktivitu do své společnosti.

By agreement with managers of Xerox Ltd. I focus in my thesis on evaluation of cooperation with BirchGroup, 3rd party service marketing provider, which is managing the marketing incentive scheme Xerox Rewards Programme. The theoretical-methodical part focus on Outsourcing and Agency theory and shortly describes a new trend called insourcing. In analytical part the outsourcing process of Xerox company is reviewed and the mistakes that Xerox experienced and that were a cause of problems in accounting and internal controls later on are described. The actions and suggestions for improvement of cooperation between Xerox and Birch are elaborated in this thesis as weel as the analysis of costs and benefits in case that Xerox will bring the activity in-house.
Ve své bakalářské práci se po dohodě se zástupci firmy Xerox Ltd. zaměřuji na zhodnocení spolupráce se společností BirchGroup, která na základě smlouvy uzavřené v únoru 2003 poskytuje společnosti Xerox služby spojené s vedením marketingového programu Xerox Rewards.
