Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou prestavby výrobného zariadenia vo vybranej spoločnosti. Cieľom práce je vykonať analýzu súčasného stavu prestavby, a následne na základe zistení navrhnúť zlepšenia pomocou metódy SMED. Práca je rozdelená na dve časti. V teoretickej časti je obsiahnutý rešerš zameraný na priemyselné inžinierstvo, prestavby, štíhlu výrobu a metódy priemyselného inžinierstva, ktoré slúžia ako podklad k vypracovaniu praktickej časti. Špeciálny dôraz je kladený na metódu SMED. Praktická časť využíva poznatky zistené pri spracovaní teoretickej časti. Na úvod praktickej časti je predstavenie spoločnosti, v ktorej bola práca spracovaná. Nasleduje popis výrobného zariadenia, ktorého prestavba je analyzovaná, analýza súčasného stavu prestavby, analýza získaných dát a vypracovanie návrhov zlepšenia pomocou aplikácie metódy SMED. V závere praktickej časti sa nachádza zhodnotenie časovej úspory prestavby, ako aj finančné zhodnotenie.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of manufacturing equipment changeover in a selected company. The objective of the thesis is to analyze the current state of the changeover, and based on the findings, to propose improvements using the SMED method. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part contains research focused on industrial engineering, changeovers, lean production and selected industrial engineering methods, which serve as a basis used for the practical part. Special emphasis is placed on the SMED method. The practical part uses the knowledge obtained during the making of the theoretical part. At the beginning of the practical part, there is an introduction of the company in which the thesis was written. Following that is a description of the manufacturing equipment, the changeover of which is analyzed, an analysis of the current state of the changeover, an analysis of the obtained data, and the development of improvement proposals using the SMED method. Closing out the practical part is an evaluation of time savings, as well as a financial evaluation.
