Předkládaná disertační práce se zabývá problematikou znalostního řízení v českých firmách a jeho podpory stávajícími informačními technologiemi. Znalosti se dnes stávají hnací silou globální ekonomiky a z tohoto důvodu je téma disertační práce velmi aktuální. Práce vychází z předpokladu, že české společnosti v současnosti nedokáží efektivně využívat potenciálu informačních systémů a technologií k podpoře řízení pomocí znalostí a že nejvýraznější bariéry pávě pro tuto podporu přináší lidský faktor. Autor se rovněž domnívá, že současnými hlavními nositeli pokroku v oblasti jsou velké zahraniční společnosti a jejich nabídka systémů pro znalostní řízení. Výsledkem práce je tyto předpoklady buď potvrdit a nebo vyvrátit. V práci jsou publikovány dva ucelené výzkumy. První z nich se zabývá stavem znalostního řízení v českých firmách a bylo při něm osloveno 500 nejvýznamnějších českých společností. Cílem bylo zmapovat situaci v České republice. Druhý zjišťoval, jaká je podpora znalostního řízení na straně nabídky informačních technologií a byl proveden mezi dodavateli IT. Oba výzkumy velmi věrně popisují současný stav u nás. Na základě výsledků těchto výzkumů a teoretických poznatků jsou v práci rovněž uvedena doporučení, která dle názoru autora vedou k úspěšné změně zjištěného stavu. Disertační práce obsahuje kapitoly s teoretickými poznatky dané problematiky, metodologii výzkumu, praktickou a analytickou část obou výzkumů a z nich vyplývajících řešení. Na konci práce jsou uvedeny přínosy pro vědu a praxi.
Annotation in English
The following dissertation deals with introducing information systems for the support of knowledge management. Knowledge is becoming the leading force of the global economy and thus the subject of the dissertation is very topical. It is based on the presupposition that Czech companies are not capable of effective utilization of the potential of information technology and that human factor is one of the key hindrances in this very process. The author also suggests that the main bearers of progress are international corporations and their offer of knowledge management systems. Two main analyses make the core of this dissertation. One is the research of conditions of knowledge management in 500 top Czech companies, the other one the research of technology of knowledge management within the IT suppliers. Both types of research give a realistic picture of the current situation in this area and serve as an output for eventual changes. The dissertation includes theoretical chapters, the research methodology, practical and analytical parts of each research and solutions. The conclusion contains contributions for theoretical and practical utilization
