V bakalářské práci rozebírám jednotlivé druhy aktivizačních činností, které jsou vhodné pro práci se seniory v pobytových zařízeních. V úvodu teoretické části vymezuji pojmy stáří a stárnutí a popisuji jejich členění podle různých kategorií. Hlavní náplní teoretické části mé práce tvoří popis nejdůležitějších druhů aktivizací, které jsou pro seniory v pobytových zařízeních vhodné. V praktické části mé práce stručně popisuji Senior zařízení v Otrokovicích a popisuji výzkum, který byl v tomto zařízení realizován. Cílem mého vý-zkumu bylo zjistit, zda možnosti aktivizačních činností v Senior zařízení v Otrokovicích jsou dostatečné a jaký mají pro seniory přínos. Pro srovnání uvádím jak pohled seniorů, tak i pohled pracovníků, kteří tyto činnosti v zařízeních provádějí.

In this bachelor thesis I have analyzed the different types of service activities that are suita-ble for working with the elderly in residential facilities. In the introduction of the theoreti-cal section I have defined its concepts of age and aging, and have described their classifi-cation according to different categories. The main description of the theoretical part of my bachelor thesis consists of the main types of services, which are appropriate for the elderly in residential facilities. In the practical part of my bachelor thesis, I have briefly described the Senior facility in Otrokovice and have described the research that was conducted in this facility. The aim of my research was to determine whether the posibility of service activities in the senior facility in Otrokovice. Senior is adequate and what are the benefits for seniors. For comparison, I have shown the view of elders and also of workers in the facilities that do these acivities.
