Ve své bakalářské práci ''Celoživotní vzdělávání policistů jako součást vytváření profesních kompetencí‘‘ uvádím současné legislativní a institucionální zabezpečení systému policejního vzdělávání a jednotlivé formy vzdělávání od základní odborné přípravy po vysokoškolské vzdělání. Upozorňuji na důležitost odborné praxe policistů před nástupem na výkonné útvary Policie ČR a na osobnost manažera, jako nezbytný subjekt řízení. V závěru stanovím priority celoživotního vzdělávání policistů jak v oblasti odborné přípravy, tak v práci policejního manažera.

''Whole-life education of the police as a part of creation of profession competencies‘‘ I in my Bachelor study programme work about the current legislative and institutional security of the System police education and the Individual various forms of education from the Basic Practical Training up to University education. I point out how important the Practical Training of policemen is before they entry Operating subdivisions in the Police of the Czech Republic. Also the importance of manager personality for a good leadership. At the closure of my work I am going to determine priorities for the Whole-life education of police both Practical training and Police manager work.
