Annotation Bakalářská práce popisuje na základě historických pramenů vznik a vývoj četnictva a policie od Rakouska-Uherska do roku 1989. Řeší problém apolitičnosti policejních sborů, zabývá se vývojem Policie ČR po listopadu 1989 až do současnosti, vlivem společnosti na práci policie, trestnou činností policistů a v neposlední řadě významem kvality vzdělávání policistů.
Annotation in English Bachelory work describe on the base of historical source rise and development gendarmery and police from Astro-Hungarian to 1989. Solve probleme of non-political of police forces, deals with developing of CR Police after November 1989 to the prezent, due to society to police work, policeman criminality and at not least line meaning quality policemen education.
