Company as a Living Organism - Creating Company Management System
Základem předložené disertace je metodologie minimálních podmínek a rámce pro tvorbu ucelené soustavy řízeni podniku. Praktickým nosičem navržené metodologie je skutečná firma Flexibuild. Systémy řízení podniku prošly složitou evolucí. Od původního důrazu na finální produkt, přes přechod na proces a jeho základní fáze - jako rozdělený proces (podle operací), integrovaný proces (reinženýring architektury) až po rozšířený proces (zahrnující dodavatelské a odběratelské sítě). Po těchto čtyřech základních fázích se v 21.století objevuje tzv. distribuovaný proces (založený na outsourcingu) a konečně recyklační proces (materiálové a znalostní zpětné vazby) ve fázích páté a šesté. Problematika poslední, šesté fáze je předmětem zkoumání této disertační práce.Šestá, recyklační fáze vykazuje přechod od lineárního (vstup-výstup) modelu výroby k modelu cyklickému (vstup-výstup-vstup), kde jsou výstupní produkty dekonstruovány do nových vstupů. V cyklickém pojetí výroby se základní procesy živých organismů zrcadlí ve společenských systémech, obzvláště v podnicích a jejich soustavách řízení. Živé organismy provazují své procesy podle základních biologických principů recyklace, regenerace a znovupoužití. Z tohoto evolučního pohledu na soustavy řízení vyplývá disertační pohled na podnik jako živý organismus - ne již jako na prostý mechanismus či stroj, Tento pohled tedy souvisí s tzv. green economy, ekologickým inženýrstvím a ekologií jako business. Obzvláště z hlediska současné ekonomické krize je orientace na ekologická řešení součástí nových, post-krizových podnikatelských modelů.

The main purpose of the submitted dissertation is a methodology of minimal conditions and framework for creating an integrated management system for a company. The practical vehicle for the proposed methodology is a real business firm Flexibuild. Management systems have undergone complex evolutionary development. From the initial focus on final product, through transition to process focus and its main phases - like partitioned process (by operations), integrated process (re-engineering of process architecture) and extended process (including supply and demand chains and networks.) After these four basic phases, the 21st century has brought additional two phases: so called distributed process (based on outsourcing) and finally the recycled process (with material and knowledge feedbacks) as phases five and six. It is the problems of the last, sixth phase, that constitutes the object of study for this dissertation. The sixth, recycled-process phase exhibits transition from the linear (input-output) model to the circular (input-output-input) model, where the output products are being deconstructed into new inputs. In this cyclical view of production we observe how the basic processes of living organisms are mirrored in social systems, particularly in companies and their management systems. Living organisms carry out their processes according to basic biological principles of recycling, regeneration and recovery. From this evolutionary view of management systems we derive our dissertation focus on a company as a living organism - not as a simple mechanism or machine anymore. This view is therefore related to the so called green economy, ecological engineering and ecology as good business. Especially in view of the current economic crisis, this orientation on ecological solutions becomes the condition of success and competitiveness in the global entrepreneurship of today.
