Detailní analýza a návrh efektivního systému controlling v rámci řízení organizace, což je samotným obsahem této diplomové práce, je velmi důležitou součástí řízení kaž-dé organizace. Je neoddiskutovatelným faktem, že schopnost kontroly vlastních výkonů je klíčovým faktorem úspěchu jakéhokoliv podniku.
Hlavním cílem projektu, který je v rámci této práce zpracován, je vytvoření systé-mu controllingu v rámci společnosti Express Leasing. První část projektu je zaměřena ekonomickou analýzu a analýzu řízení společnosti. Tato část práce se zaměřuje na klí-čové oblasti společnosti.

It is well known by everybody the fact that management process within any enterprise is reflected via the four functions of it: planning, organizing, leading and controlling.
Thus, in my master thesis I concentrated my attention mainly on the fourth step of the management process and specifically on controlling function.I managed to approach this issue by making a reflection of how the controlling function is manifested within a leasing company and basing on my findings I had the possibility to depict the defficiences of the company in terms of: quntity controlling, quality controlling, and payment delays controlling.
Therefore, accordingly to the problems found I developed a project of how the company can improve its controlling function in the whole management cycle.
