Má bakalářská práce se zabývá účinnostmi nejefektivnějších programů prevence kriminality na místní úrovni. Představuji systém metodické, koncepční a finanční podpory ze strany ústředních orgánů státní správy a samosprávy. Rovněž jsem kladl důraz na vznik programů prevence kriminality na místní úrovni ve městech (především v Jihlavě) a obcích zatížených vysokou mírou kriminality a dalšími rizikovými jevy. Podstatou těchto programů je součinnost orgánů státní správy samosprávy, Policie ČR, obecních (městských) policií a nestátních neziskových organizací. Prevence kriminality na místní úrovni je základem systému prevence kriminality v ČR.
Velkou pozornost ve své práci věnuji Obecní policii a její charakteristice, kde jsem se zaměřil především na charakteristiku MP Jihlava. Detailně jsem se snažil popsat rozhodování zástupců samospráv se zaměřením na prevenci kriminality, různé druhy programů PK a doložit tato tvrzení několika statistikami setkání obyvatelstva Vysočiny s kriminalitou.

My bachelor work is about the affects of the most effective programmes of prevention of the criminality at the local level. I introduce the system of methodical, conception and finantial support of the administration. I emphasized the origin of these programmes at the local level (Particularly in Jihlava) and in the towns loaded with the high limit of criminality and other risk phenomenon. The heart of the programmes is the cooperation of the administration the police of the Czech republic. And the local police and private nonprofitable organizations. The prevention of criminality at the local level is the basic system of prevention the criminality in the Czech republic.
I pay the biggest attention to the local police and its characteristics particularly in Jihlava. I tried to describe very properly the deciding of the representatives on this field, the various kind of programms of the prevention of criminality and I demonstrated it in the statistics of the encounter of inhabitans with the criminality in the highland.
