Bakalářská práce nazvaná ''Přístupy k odsouzeným toxikomanům v prostředí českých věznic‘‘ se zabývá zmapováním a zhodnocením poskytované péče drogově závislým vězněným osobám v rámci specifického prostředí věznic. Jsou zde uvedeny obecné právní rámce pro realizovanou péči, dále srovnání poskytované péče ve vězeňském prostředí s péčí poskytovanou v prostředím standardní občanské společnosti. Rovněž je zde popsána konkrétní činnost realizovaná ve specializovaných odděleních, bezdrogových zónách a poradnách drogové prevence v rámci systému Vězeňské služby České republiky na základě závislosti a vlastní motivace odsouzeného k bezdrogovému způsobu života. Součástí bakalářské práce je i posouzení působení systému vnitřní diferenciace drogově závislých odsouzených ve věznicích po dobu výkonu trestu odnětí svobody.

The bachelor thesis called ‘‘Approaches to drug-addicted convicts in the conditions of Czech prisons‘‘ deals with the description and evaluation of the care provided to drug-addicted convicts in the specific setting of prisons. General legal frameworks for the provided care and the comparison of the care provided in prisons with the care provided in the setting of a standard civil society are introduced here. The concrete activity carried out in specialized penitentiary wards, penitentiary unintoxicated zones and drug-prevention clinics of The Czech Republic and implemented on the basis of drug addiction and a convict’s own motivation to unintoxicated way of life is described in this thesis too. One part of this thesis also appreciates the impact of the internal system differentiation of drug-addicted convicts during their punishment execution.
