Annotation	Práce se věnuje nezaměstnanosti jako sociálně etickému problému a vlivu na rodinu. V práci popisuji působení negativních sociálních vlivů na nezaměstnaného jedince a jejich následky. Dále se zde věnuji rizikovým skupinám nezaměstnaných a vliv migrantů na nezaměstnanost v České republice.
Annotation in English	My bachelor’s thesis deals with the social and ethic problem of unemployment and its influence on the family. It depicts the negative social impacts that affect the unemployed and the consequences they cause. Furthermore, it addresses the endangered group of unemployed people and the impact of immigration on employment in the Czech Republic.
