Zjišťuje, jak jsou sestry vnímány z pohledu ostatního personálu, který se sestrami úzce spolupracuje. Teoretická část vymezuje role sester, charakterizuje osob-nost všeobecných sester. Věnuje se počátkům vzdělávání sester aţ po současné moţnosti vzdělávání. Identifikuje vztah sester s pacienty a lékaři. Hlouběji popisuje image sester a v neposlední řadě uvádí zásady komunikace sester. Praktická část zkoumá kvalitu komuni-kace se sestrami, dnešní úroveň vzdělání sester a celkovou image sester na pracovištích.

The bachelor thesis on a theme. ?A Nurse from the point of view of her Colleagues? is in deeper level concerned with personalities of nurses. It identifies how the nurses are per-ceived from the point of view of other employees who cooperate with them closely. The theoretical part defines the nurses? roles and characterizes their personalities. It deals with the education of nurses from its beginning to current possibilities. It identifies the relation-ship among nurses and doctors. In the deeper level it describes the image of nurses and last but not least it features the principles of nurses? communication. The practical part investi-gates the quality of communication with nurses, the present level of nurses? education and the overall nurses? image in the workplaces.
