Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou ''Typy manželství, struktura a vnitřní organizace rodiny‘‘. Cílem mé práce je odpovědět na otázku, jaké jsou ty nejdůležitější faktory ovlivňující vznik a zánik manželství, poukázat na sociální a ekonomické postavení rodiny, popsat základní funkce rodiny a její strukturu.
V práci je zachycen jak historický vývoj rodiny, tak i její současný stav a změny, kterými v moderním světě prochází. Mou snahou bylo přiblížit, jak řeší rodinné vztahy zákon o rodinném právu, zda ohrožuje rodinu soužití bez sňatku nebo stále častější odkládání rodičovství do vyššího věku.

The topic of these theses is ‘‘Matrimony types, structure and internal organisation of family‘‘. The aim of my work is to find answers on the questions which are the most important factors influencing beginning and ending of matrimony, to point out on social and economic situation of family, to describe what are the basic functions of family and what is its structure.
Historical development of family, current status as well as changes taking place in modern times is described in the theses. There was also a tendency to draw near the way how Family act solves the family relationships and whether there is a danger for family coming from cohabitation or still common postponing of parent-ship into higher age.
