Obsahem práce jsou nejprve v první části popsané důvody, které vedou k násilné trestné činnosti mládeže Na to navazuje kapitola popisující rodinu ve které vyrůstají mladí násilníci. V dalším textu je popsán volný čas a jeho způsob trávení mládeží ve městě Brně, patologické závislosti směřující k trestné činnosti a statistické hodnoty nárůstu trestné činnosti ve městě Brně. V druhé části je popsaná osobnost mladého pachatele násilné trestné činnosti a preventivní činnost Policie České republiky. Ve třetí části je popsáno soudnictví nad mládeží a snížení věkové hranice trestní odpovědnosti. Závěrem je vše shrnuto a jako přílohy jsou mapy Brna s vyznačeným výskytem kriminální mládeže a místa s největším nápadem násilné trestné činnosti páchané mládeží.

In the first section, there are described reasons that lead to violent delicts. Following chapter describes families where young brutes grow up. In the next chapter is depicted how young people spent their leisure time in Brno, pathological habits leading to crime and statistical values of crime´s growth in Brno.
In the second section, there is described a character of young criminals and preventive activity of Czech Police.
In the third section, there is described judiciary and reduction of age limit of criminal liability.
Everything is summarized at the end and as annexes are attached maps of Brno with an occurence of criminals and places with the highest crime committed by young people.
