Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku trestné činnosti páchané na seniorech jako aktuální společenský problém. Zaměřuje se na specifikaci pojmu senior, s uvedením negativních důsledků stárnutí, přiblížení vztahu seniorů a policie s vymezením problémů v komunikaci, trestnou činnost obecně a se zaměřením na město Brno. Dále tato práce popisuje různé druhy trestné činnosti páchané na seniorech, problematiku objasňování tohoto druhu trestné činnosti a možnosti prevence s následnou krizovou intervencí. Cílem práce bylo definovat osobnost a osobu seniora a zjistit, zda je možné zvýšení objasněnosti trestné činnosti páchané na seniorech, zlepšení prevence a pomoci seniorům, kteří se stali obětí trestného činu.

This bachelor work deals with the question of delinquency committed on seniors as the current social problem. It is concentrated on the specification of the term senior, negative consequences of senescence, as well as the explanation of the relationship between seniors and the police. The author defines difficulties in communication and delinquency either committed in general or pertained to Brno in particular. The work also describes different kinds of the delinquency committed on seniors, clarification of such delinquency and the posibility of prevention with subsequent crisis intervention. The aim of the bachelor work is to define seniors and their personality. Another aim is to find out if it is possible to increase the clarification of the delinquency committed on seniors, betterment of prevention and help given to those seniors who have become the victims of delinquency.
