Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje seznámení s projektem Streetworker v drogové oblasti obecně, podrobnější seznámení se s konkrétními formami pomoci drogově závislým v rámci projektů streetwork, mobil street, programu Harm reduction a fungování samotných kontaktních center pomoci drogově závislým. Presentace konkrétních služeb poskytovaných terénními pracovníky s odkazem na úskalí poskytované pomoci a její možné dopady na terénního pracovníka.

This bachelor work contains introduction into the project Streetworker in the drug field generaly, more detailed information is given about particular forms of help assigned to drug addicts in projects streetwork, mobil street, in the programme Harm reduction, as well as information about functioning of contact center offering help to drug addicts. Paper continues with presentation of particular services offered by field workers with reference to difficulties they face and possible consequences for the work of field Wolker
