Témou diplomovej práce je self a time management riadiacich pracovníkov v súkromnom sektore a vo verejnom sektore. Teoretická časť je zameraná na súhrn poznatkov z oblasti sebariadenia, popisuje time management a techniky riadenia času, zaoberá sa vplyvom self a time managementu pri osobnom rozvoji manažérov. Na základe teoretických východísk sme formulovali hypotézy. V praktickej časti sme zisťovali súčasnú úroveň sebarozvoja a slabé stránky v osobnom štýle práce manažérov. Pri práci sme použili dotazníkovú metódu. Analyzovaním nedostatkov sme spracovali projekt, ktorý prináša konkrétne doporučenia, zamerané na efektívnejšie hospodárenie s časom a návrhy na zlepšenie manažérskeho štýlu.

Topic diploma thesis is self and time management of the managers in the private and public sector. A theory part is based on the summary of knowledge in the area of the self-control. It describe the techniques of controling time, it is actually dedicated to the influenced of self and time management. On the bases of the theories we made-up the hypoteses. In the practice part we try to find out today's level of self-development and blind spots in personal style of the manager's work. Here we used the questionnaire method. We finalised the project by the analysis of the weak points of work, which brings the advice based on the more effective exploitation the time and the suggestions on the better manager's style.
