Annotation Teoretická část bakalářské práce je orientována na problematiku podporovaného zaměstnávání. Věnuje se pojmu podporovaného zaměstnávání, popisuje jednotlivé fáze této služby a charakterizuje činnost agentur podporovaného zaměstnávání. Praktická část zjišťuje strukturu uživatelů a přínos podporovaného zaměstnávání ve Zlínském kraji.
Annotation in English Theoretic part of the bachelor theseis id directed on problems of the supported employment. Dwells on the describtion of the conception of the supported employment, describes particular periods of this service and characterize activities of the supporet employement agencies. Practical part probes the structure of the users and the contribution of the supported employment in Zlin Region.
