Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pácháním trestné činnosti odsouzených v průběhu jejich výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Cílem je analyzovat trestnou činnost těchto odsouzených v letech 2004 - 2008 ve věznicích České republiky a na základě získaných informací nalézt vhodná preventivní opatření, která by vedla k jejímu snížení a srovnat nárůst a pokles trestných činů páchaných v prostorách věznic odsouzenými. V druhé části práce je nárůst specifických trestných činů podložen statistikou a dále se zaměřuje na aktuální a nejčetnější případy, tedy nálezy mobilních telefonů a drog u odsouzených. Nárůst této trestné činnosti lze připisovat životním stylu drogově závislých a pak stále vyspělejší technologii mobilních telefonů.

This Bachelor paper deals with the commission of criminal activity of convicted persons during their execution of a sentence of imprisonment. The aim of this paper is to analyze criminal activity of the convicted in the years 2004 - 2008 in the penitentiaries of the Czech Republic, and, based on the obtained information, to find a suitable precautionary measures that would lead to reduction of the crime and to reconcile the increase and the decrease of crime commited in the premises of prisons by the convicted. The second part of this paper deals with the increase of specific crime that is well-founded by statistics and focuses on the most frequent and current cases, that are, findings of mobile phones and drugs in the possession of the convicted. The increase of this criminal activity could be attributed to the lifestyle of the drug addicted and to the constantly developing technology of mobile phones.
