Tématem diplomové práce je First Responder systém a jeho zavádění v Olomouckém kraji. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část práce popisuje integrovaný záchranný systém, Zdravotnickou záchrannou službu Olomouckého kraje, samotný First Responder systém, problematiku resuscitace, automatizovaného externího defibrilátoru a krizových stavů. Praktická část práce je projektem na zavedení a rozšíření First Responder systému v Olomouckém kraji. Pro tento účel byly použity různé analytické metody jako je brainstorming, SWOT analýza, analýza rizik, finanční analýza. Součástí projektu je logický rámec projektu a WBS. Výstupem práce jsou také grafická zpracování návrhu aplikace First Responder, identifikačních karet a propagačního letáku. Od práce se očekává, že bude použita pro zavedení First Responder v Olomouckém kraji.

The topic of this diploma thesis is the First Responder system and its implementation in the Olomouc region. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the integrated rescue system, the Emergency Medical Service in the Olomouc region, the First Responder system itself, the issue of resuscitation, the automated external defibrillator, and crisis situations. The practical part of this thesis is a project for the introduction and expansion of the First Responder system in the Olomouc region. For this purpose, various analytical methods such as brainstorming, SWOT analysis, risk analysis, and financial analysis were used. The project includes a logical framework of the project and WBS. The outputs of this thesis also contain a graphic design of the proposed First Responder mobile application, identification cards, and a promotional leaflet. The work is expected to be used for the implementation of the First Responder system in the Olomouc region.
