Tématem mé práce bylo zjistit pomocí výzkumu, jaká je míra solidarity především uvnitř rodiny mez generacemi. A jak vnímají lidé různých věkových skupin vztahy ve své rodině napříč generacemi. Teoretická část mé práce popisuje rodinu a její funkce. Odpovědnost rodiny za rodinnou péči, rozdíly mez tradiční a moderní rodinou z pohledu sociologů. Také klady a zápory rodinné péče a v neposlední ředě také instituce, které nabízí pomoc pečujícím rodinám. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění vztahů mezi generacemi v rodině, zda si jedinci udržují dobré vztahy se svými dětmi a rodiči, zda cítí povinnost se o své rodiče postarat, zda toto také očekávají od svých dětí. Také jaká byla motivace dotazovaných k rozhodnutí pro domácí péči. Zda přes dnešní podhodnocování významu rodiny jako takové a stále významnějšího se orientování na individualitu jedince, jeho výkon a ekonomický status, si jedinci dokáží udržet dobré vztahy se svými rodinnými příslušníky a zda jsou ochotni se v případě potřeby pro ně i obětovat.
Annotation in English
The aim of my thesis was to find out through the research what is the solidarity margin especially among generations within a family. How people of different age groups perceive the relationships across generations inside their families. The theoretical part describes the concept of a family and its functions. The responsibility of a family for family care, the differences between a traditional and modern family from the sociologists? point of view and also the positives and negatives of family care. Furthermore, it deals with institutions which offer help to caring families. The practical part focuses on identifying the relationships among generations within a family, whether individuals get on well with their children and parents, feel obliged to care for their parents and whether they expect their children to do the same for them. It also deals with the motivation of the questioned for their decision about domestic care. Whether despite today?s underestimating of the importance of a family and more and more significant inclination to the individualities of people, their achievements and economic status, are the individuals able to maintain good relationships with other members of their families and whether they are willing to devote their lives to them in case it is needed.
