Annotation Násilí v rodině je aktuální problém společnosti. Nejde o záležitost soukromou, ale veřejnou. Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou rodiny, jednotlivými druhy týrání dětí a manželky, dopadem násilí mezi rodiči na děti, popisuje pomoc pro oběti a prevenci násilí. Věnuje se trestným činům spojeným s domácím násilím a možnosti podání trestního oznámení.
Annotation in English Violence in a family is a topical problem of our society. This is not a provate proposition but actually a very public one. This bachelor work is concerned with characteristic of a family, individua kinds of children’s and woman’s abuse, consequence of a violence between patents on thein children, describe how help to a victim and prevention of a violence. Also this bachelor work put an attention to crimes which are connected with home violence and posibility to give a complaint.
