Annotation	Bakalářská práce popisuje kriminalitu nezletilých a mladistvých pachatelů, se zaměřením na kriminalitu násilnou. Analyzuje současný systém prevence kriminality a její legislativní úpravu. Hodnotí příčiny vzniku a východiska tohoto sociálně patologického jevu.
Annotation in English	The dissertation describes the crimes of infant and juvenile offenders, with a view to violent crime. It analyses the present system of crime prevention and its legislative form. It assesses the reasons for the rise and the solution of this socially-pathological phemoneon.
