Bakalářská práce je zaměřena a cílena na oblast vzdělávání odsouzených ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody jako na jednu se složek programu zacházení s odsouzenými.Teoretická část je zaměřená především na vymezení základních pedagogických pojmů, uvedení do penitenciární pedagogiky. Dále je stručně nastíněna historie trestu a trestání, psychologické a pedagogické aspekty trestu a trestání, klimatu skupiny, jakož i výkonu trestu odnětí svobody a institucionální i neinstitucionální vzdělávání odsouzených. V praktické části práce je zaznamenán výzkum v oblasti zájmu o vzdělávání u odsouzených ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody.

The Thesis is focused and depend on the education of condemned persons under the conditions of execution of confinement, which is a part of the programme of dealing with condemned persons.The theoretical part deals with the introduction to the penal pedagogy and defines the essential pedagogical terms.Next the history of punishment and sentencing, psychological and pedagogical aspects of punishment and sentencing are outlined, life of groups, as well as the execution of confinement and institutional and non-institutional education of condemned persons.The practical part presents the research of condemned persons‘ interest in the education during their execution.
