Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá anestezií a jejím vlivem na stav pacienta po ortopedické operaci. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je členěna na 3 hlavní kapitoly, kde se věnujeme popisu anestezie, bolesti a spokojenosti pacienta. Praktická část je realizována kvantitativní metodou výzkumu. Šetření bylo realizováno analýzou dokumentace pomocí sestaveného dotazníku, kdy jednotlivé položky dotazníku byly vyhledávány v dokumentacích. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda má anestezie vliv na stav pacienta po ortopedické operaci. Cíl byl splněn částečně. Výsledky výzkumu jsou uvedeny v diskuzi na konci bakalářské práce.

This bachelor thesis deals with anaesthesia and its effect to the patients' condition after orthopedic surgery. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters, where we describe the anaesthesia, pain and patient satisfaction. The practical part is realized by a quantitative research method. The research was carried out by analyzing the documentation using a compiled questionnaire, where the individual items of the questionnaire were searched in the documentation. The aim of the study was to determine if anaesthesia has an effect on the patient's condition after orthopedic surgery. The goal was partially fulfilled. The results of the research are presented in a discussion at the end of this bachelor thesis.
